3. AI-Powered Features and AI Providers
Brainstorm provides artificial intelligence features that may process information you submit to the platform in order to provide requested functionality.
These features may include idea analysis, idea scoring, market-grounded analysis, roadmap generation, branding assistance, risk analysis, pivots, research assistance, and AI assistant functionality.
Brainstorm uses third-party AI providers through its technology infrastructure to provide these features. Depending on the feature, requests may be processed using models operated by:
- Google, including Gemini models
- Anthropic
- OpenAI
Certain Brainstorm features use Google Gemini models with Google Search grounding or other internet-based context to provide market or research-related analysis. Other AI features may use a model selected automatically by Brainstorm's infrastructure provider.
When you submit content to an AI-powered Brainstorm feature, the relevant information may be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider for the purpose of generating the requested output.
Brainstorm does not operate proprietary AI models and does not use your content to train Brainstorm-owned AI models.
The retention, handling, and potential use of information by third-party AI providers may be governed by their applicable terms, policies, and agreements. Brainstorm does not control the independent data practices of those providers.
You should avoid submitting information to an AI feature that you are not comfortable having processed by the applicable third-party AI provider.
4. Google Calendar Integration
Brainstorm allows users to optionally connect their own Google Calendar account.
Google Calendar integration is entirely optional and requires you to separately authorize Brainstorm to access your Google Calendar.
When you connect Google Calendar, Brainstorm may:
- Access the calendars available through your authorization so that you can select a calendar for synchronization
- Create calendar events representing Brainstorm tasks you choose to synchronize
- Update Brainstorm-created calendar events when the corresponding Brainstorm task changes
- Delete Brainstorm-created calendar events when you disconnect synchronization or otherwise request removal of those synchronized events
Brainstorm uses a per-user authorization. Your Google Calendar authorization is associated with your Brainstorm account and is not shared with other Brainstorm users.
Brainstorm does not use a shared Google Calendar account on behalf of users.
Brainstorm identifies the calendar events it creates using stored event identifiers and related metadata. Brainstorm only manages calendar events that Brainstorm created.
Brainstorm does not intentionally delete or modify unrelated personal events in your Google Calendar.
When you move or update a synchronized Brainstorm task, Brainstorm may update the corresponding Google Calendar event rather than creating a duplicate event.
Brainstorm does not generally scan, export, or otherwise process unrelated calendar events for purposes unrelated to providing the calendar synchronization functionality.
The content sent to Google Calendar may include information necessary to represent the synchronized Brainstorm task, such as the task title, description, date, time, and related calendar information.
You may disconnect Google Calendar through Brainstorm's available settings or synchronization controls.
Google Calendar is also subject to Google's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
5. Google Sign-In
Brainstorm may allow you to create or access your account using Google Sign-In.
If you choose to use Google Sign-In, Brainstorm may receive information from Google necessary to create or authenticate your Brainstorm account, such as your name, email address, and basic account information permitted through the authorization process.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable policies and terms.
6. Idea Privacy and Visibility
Brainstorm ideas are private by default unless you choose to make them visible to other users or otherwise share them through Brainstorm.
You control the visibility of your ideas through the privacy and sharing controls available within the platform.
When you choose to share an idea, post, comment, profile information, message, or other content with other users, that content may be visible to the users or audience selected through the applicable sharing settings.
Brainstorm does not intentionally make private ideas publicly visible through ordinary platform functionality.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. You should consider the sensitivity of information before submitting it to any online service.
Brainstorm's privacy and visibility features are platform controls and do not constitute a legal confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, trade-secret protection, or other legal guarantee of confidentiality.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
Brainstorm relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate certain portions of the platform.
Depending on the services you use, these providers may include:
- Base44: Brainstorm's application infrastructure may use Base44 for hosting, authentication, database services, file storage, and integration functionality, including connections to certain third-party services.
- Google: Google services may be used for Google Sign-In, Google Gemini AI functionality, and Google Calendar integration when you choose to use those features.
- Anthropic: Certain AI functionality may be processed using models operated by Anthropic through Brainstorm's infrastructure.
- OpenAI: Certain AI functionality may be processed using models operated by OpenAI through Brainstorm's infrastructure.
- Resend: Brainstorm may use Resend to deliver transactional or other authorized email communications.
Third-party providers may process information on Brainstorm's behalf or independently in connection with the services they provide. Their handling of information may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or permit access to information in the following circumstances:

If Rhee Collective LLC or Brainstorm is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying Brainstorm if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Brainstorm's services, maintain your account, provide requested features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate interests.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
Information processed by third-party service providers may also be subject to their applicable retention policies and contractual obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for applicable purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
Through Brainstorm or by contacting us, you may be able to:

- Authenticate users
- Maintain user sessions
- Remember preferences
- Maintain platform security
- Support essential platform functionality
Brainstorm may also use analytics or similar technologies where applicable to understand how users interact with the platform and improve the service.
13. Children's Privacy
Brainstorm is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
If Brainstorm is later made available to schools or minors in circumstances requiring additional privacy protections, Brainstorm may implement additional policies, notices, consent mechanisms, and safeguards as required by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Brainstorm may integrate with or contain links to third-party services.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Brainstorm is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that Brainstorm does not control.
When you connect a third-party service, such as Google Calendar, that service may independently process information according to its own policies and your settings with that service.
15. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Brainstorm account and associated personal information through available account functionality or by contacting Brainstorm.
When you request account deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information associated with your account, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law.
Deleting your Brainstorm account does not necessarily delete information held independently by third-party services.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Brainstorm, email, or other appropriate means and, where required, request your acknowledgement or consent before continuing to use information in a materially different manner.
